Submit Feedback

Milesight provides customers with timely and comprehensive technical support services. This topic describes how to submit problem or request feedback about Milesight Development Platform.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Milesight Development Platform.
  2. Click the account button at the bottom-left corner, and select Feedback.

  3. Submit feedbacks as required.

    1. Click Submit a Support Ticket to submit the questions and problems.
    2. Click Submit Requirement Feedback to submit the requirement.
