About this Guide

This guide provides instructions for installing, configuring, operating, and maintaining the PTAC Thermostat Kit, which consists of the WT401-Flat-FL Wireless Thermostat and the UC711 HVAC Controller. The kit enables wireless thermostat control of compatible 24 VAC PTAC systems, with WT401-Flat-FL serving as the room interface for temperature sensing, occupancy detection, and local control, while UC711 connects directly to the PTAC system and executes the HVAC control commands.
