Terminal Resistor Setting

If the controller cannot detect an indoor unit, or if the indoor unit cannot be controlled properly, an external resistor can be connected to the corresponding channel terminal.

Attention: For Daikin, Panasonic, and Mitsubishi Electric, both the pull-up resistor and color-coded resistor settings must be disabled.

Steps:

  1. Loosen the screws on the air-conditioning channel terminal. Bend both leads of the resistor and connect them to the channel terminal together with the communication wires.

  2. Go to Setting > Terminal Resistor Setting.

  3. Select the node number where the resistor is connected, then enable Terminal Resistor Setting.
  4. Click Submit to apply the changes.
