Create Group and Sub-node

Create a Group

Restrictions

• The account role is Enterprise Holder.
• Click here to check the left number of groups that can be added to this enterprise, click here to check the details of different plans.

Procedure

1. Log in to Milesight Development Platform.
2. On the top bar, select User tab.

   

3. Click "+" icon in the group list on the left.
4. In the pop-up window, enter a unique group name.

   

5. Click OK.

Result

A group is created to the group list, and the corresponding application is created automatically.

Create a Sub-node

One group supports adding 5 levels of sub-nodes, with a maximum of 100 sub nodes.

Restrictions

The account role is Enterprise Holder or Group Administrator.

Procedure

1. Select a desired group or sub node from the group list.
2. Click Add Sub-node.

   

3. In the pop-up window, fill in the basic information.

   

   1. Enter a node name.
   2. Click Save.

Result

A sub node is created under a specific group or sub node.
