No. The sensor processes data on the device and outputs count figures only. No video is recorded, stored, or transmitted.
Yes. A DPA can be provided upon request. Once the project is initiated, you may contact the designated project lead to start the process.
The system supports fully local deployment with no external data transmission. Specific compliance requirements can be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
Yes. No biometric data, including facial recognition data, is captured or transmitted. The system is designed to comply with GDPR requirements from the ground up.
Count data is processed locally on the device. Aggregated analytics can be accessed via our cloud dashboard or deployed fully on-premise, depending on your client's preference.

Installation is straightforward and supports multiple mounting options, including ceiling screw mounting, lintel mounting, and extended ceiling mounting. Most deployments are completed within one day per site. Detailed installation guides and remote commissioning support are provided.
The monitoring system tracks device status in real time. In case of hardware faults during the program, replacements are coordinated directly with our technical team.
The device supports standard integration methods including HTTP API and MQTT. An SDK and detailed API documentation are available upon request for custom platform integration.
