Calibration Service
Ensure Measurement Accuracy and Compliance for Critical Environments
Why Calibration Matters
Regulatory Compliance
Many regulated industries, such as pharmaceuticals and cold chain logistics, require regular calibration and traceable measurement records to service regulatory compliance and audit requirements.
Quality Assurance for Sensitive Industries
Accurate calibration ensures measuring equipment meets strict industry standards, reducing the risk of errors in sensitive sectors such as food and pharmaceuticals. Regular calibration verifies measurement accuracy, services audit-compliant quality management, and helps maintain consistent product quality.
Trusted Calibration Certificates
Each device is issued with a unique calibration certificate indicating the calibration date, validity period, and calibration results. All records are securely stored in the cloud with tamper-proof protection, allowing reliable traceability and convenient access anytime.
Boosting Competitiveness & Trust
Calibration improves competitiveness and builds end-user trust in the equipment.
Milesight Calibration Service
Calibration Capability Built with ISO/IEC 17025 Practices
Milesight calibration procedures, equipment setup, and environmental controls are designed with reference to ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory practices (equivalent to NlST, SCS, UKAS, DAkkS) to ensure reliable and consistent calibration results.
Comprehensive Calibration Options
We offer flexible calibration packages that include single-point, multi-point, and low-temperature options.
Traceable to the Calibration
Each device is delivered with its own factory calibration report for traceability.

FAQ
Q: What is the difference between Milesight's calibration and ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory calibration?
Milesight's calibration service is manufacturer calibration, which ensures accuracy and traceability. It is traceable to ISO/IEC 17025 widely accepted across industries, especially for internal compliance or non-regulated environments. If you need ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory certification, we can connect you with our accredited partners to provide official reports.
Q: Can I send my device back to MS for calibration after receiving it?
While it is possible, we do not recommend sending devices back for calibration after delivery, as shipping costs can be high. Instead, we suggest ordering calibration at the same time as your product to avoid additional shipping charges and ensure a quicker turnaround.
Q: How long is the calibration valid?
Calibration typically remains valid for two years, after which we recommend recalibration to maintain measurement accuracy and compliance. Specific intervals may vary depending on usage and industry requirements.
Q: Can I get a customized calibration solution for my specific requirements?
Yes, we offer customized calibration packages tailored to your specific needs. Whether it's adjusting calibration points or adding extra measurements, we can work with you to create the best solution.
Q: What is the difference between NIST, NATA, DAkkS , and ISO/IEC 17025?
NIST (USA), NATA (Australia), CNAS (China), UKAS (UK), DAkkS (Germany), and other national accreditation bodies all ensure calibration accuracy based on the ISO/IEC 17025 standard. These organizations follow the same ISO/IEC 17025 standard for certification, ensuring global consistency.
