With the rapid development of 5G and AI technologies, costs are reduced noticeably and various application scenarios mature gradually. And here the answer is 5G because it is the perfect fit and combination fulfilled all requirements. In fact, it is 5G that enables intelligent scenarios for smart cities, smart homes, connected cars, mobile health care, and industrial Internet, which were originally difficult to achieve for vertical industry applications have all become possible. Once the data reaches the central database, AI comes into the picture. Commands will be issued based on AI's data analysis, such as "deeper diagnosis, feed adjustment, stop/continue feeding, space expansion" and all devices will be operated directly and accordingly. In this whole set of processes, IoT, 5G and AI together are allying up a remarkable team seamlessly and perfectly to build an amazing intelligent interconnected system.
So far, the development of core industries, such as smart city, smart education, smart security, smart agriculture and smart factory, has all achieved noteworthy and promising results amid China's implementation of the strategy of invigorating the country through science and technology. In the near AIoT era, as hundreds of billions of devices will access the network through 5G which lay the foundation for digital transformation in various verticals and thus help form a data-driven scientific decision-making mechanism, we will underpin marvelous process in smart city where intelligent interconnection of all things and multidimensional integration of people, machines and objects could be truly expected and more practicable. That will lead to advanced intelligent perception, precise management and convenient service of smart city operation. This will create a healthy, comfortable and environmentally friendly urban living space. Moreover, we will view digitalization, networking and intelligent development of the manufacturing industry as important means to promote the integration of the digital economy as well as the real economy. That is how we can create new dynamic driving force in the digital economy.
