Milesight Unveils a New Wave of Innovations at ISC West 2026

Las Vegas, NV, April 15, 2026 — At ISC West 2026, Milesight unveiled a new wave of innovation, spanning Edge AI, Low-Power Consumption design, and Open Platform Architecture. As the company marks its 15th anniversary, this milestone also signals a sharper focus on “Build Deep,” guided by the V.I.R framework — Vision, Intelligence, and Reliability — shaping how Milesight builds for real-world performance at scale.

OpenVision: Expanding Edge Architecture with Greater Flexibility

At Booth 14127, Milesight showcased its OpenVision Series with Network Optix Nx Witness embedded, demonstrating how video management, analytics, and recording can be handled directly at the edge. By minimizing reliance on centralized infrastructure, this architecture simplifies deployment, reduces system complexity, and enables greater flexibility across multi-site and distributed environments.

Building on this foundation, Milesight is further expanding the OpenVision portfolio with more form factors to cover a wider range of deployment scenarios, alongside the introduction of edge storage with M.2 SSD support, designed to deliver more reliable and scalable local recording.

Together, these advancements reinforce OpenVision as a truly deployment-ready solution — combining edge intelligence with simplified architecture for modern video systems.

New Ultra-low Power PTZ: Built for Off-Grid and Mobile Deployment

A key highlight at the show was the debut of Milesight’s Low-power PTZ, engineered for environments where power and connectivity are limited. With ultra-low power consumption — averaging just 3.5W during daytime operation — and a compact 5-inch rugged design, the solution is well-suited for mobile surveillance applications such as trailers and enclosures, as well as temporary setups and off-grid applications.

By addressing real deployment constraints, Milesight continues to expand what’s possible in scenarios where traditional infrastructure is not feasible — without compromising performance or reliability.

Advancing AI Capability and Introducing an Open Platform

Milesight also demonstrated its latest advancements in AI, enabling more accurate detection, richer metadata, and faster response directly at the edge. These capabilities continue to enhance performance across applications such as traffic, retail, and public safety.

In parallel, Milesight is preparing to introduce a new Open Platform architecture designed for next-generation AI applications. With up to 20 TOPS of AI computing power, this upcoming platform is expected to support more complex analytics, multi-task processing, and greater flexibility for third-party AI developments and integration.

Looking Ahead

As Milesight continues to build deeper into its intelligence and solutions, the company remains focused on delivering innovations that are not only powerful, but practical — designed to perform reliably in real-world deployments, while enabling greater flexibility through edge intelligence, AI, and an open platform.
