In response to the increasing demand for efficient and intelligent toll collection in Vietnam's expanding highway network, Milesight partnered with VVA to deliver a cutting-edge License Plate Recognition (LPR) solution. By integrating high-performance AI cameras with Nx (Network Optix) and VVA's proprietary management platform, along with the Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) system, the project enabled highly accurate vehicle identification and seamless toll processing, significantly enhancing operational efficiency at toll stations.

Simultaneously, license plate data is synchronized with VVA's proprietary platform, which directly links with the ETC system. This platform manages real-time toll transactions, automating billing and reducing human error while streamlining the tolling workflow.

The LPR cameras connect with the Nx platform, enabling advanced smart search capabilities. In the event of potential missed tolls, operators can quickly retrieve relevant video footage to verify and identify the exact vehicle involved, ensuring revenue protection and audit accuracy.
