Gateway Studios & Production Services (GSPS) is the largest rehearsal and production facility in the United States, offering over 80,000 square feet of state-of-the-art space for world-class tour rehearsals, music productions, and live entertainment services. With such a vast and high-value environment, building a scalable, intelligent, and centralized security system was essential to protect artists, crews, equipment, and operations.
Constantly changing sound and lighting conditions demanded cameras with superior image quality in low-light and high-contrast environments.
A large number of zones across logistics hubs, transit zones, and production areas, required extensive camera coverage with a centralized system to monitor all areas in real time.
With such a massive site, security teams needed an intelligent search function to quickly locate people or vehicles for timely investigation and incident resolution.
To meet these needs, Gateway Studios deployed an integrated solution featuring 132 Milesight Weather-proof Mini Dome Cameras, 16 Milesight 32X Speed Domes, and Arteco's
intelligent VMS platform.
Through deep compatibility, Milesight cameras and Arteco's uSee Platform formed a fully synchronized system, enabling stable video streaming, efficient local storage, accurate AI event capture, and real-time metadata handoff—all within a single management platform.
Monitor diverse zones—such as dressing rooms, offices, and loading docks—and fully operate each camera from a single platform. From remote PTZ control of 32X Speed Domes to device configuration, event review, and alert management, everything is done seamlessly without switching systems.
Even in lighting-challenging studios, Milesight cameras provided true-to-life image quality, ensuring that no critical details were missed during rehearsals, loading operations, or backstage activity.
Powered by AI metadata, the system enables security teams to instantly search for people or vehicles across the entire 80,000-square-foot facility. Through Profile M compatibility, metadata is seamlessly transmitted to uSee platform, supporting fast, precise forensic search. What once required hours of manual footage review now takes only seconds—greatly enhancing investigation speed and operational efficiency.
